The audit and strategy recommendations have been completed and now it's time to make it real. The account should be overhauled to reflect modern best practices and mitigate some (in my opinion) issues in the existing setup. A proposed structure has been developed and an initial implementation approach decided.
Setup the account following the new approach and launch for 2+ months to prove whether or not Google Ads can work for Punchpass.

Month 1: Campaign plan development (taking the Notion Doc from audit and ideas to roadmap), keyword and copy exercise to get the bones in place, campaign buildout, event tracking implementationMonth 2: launch, campaign management, any post-launch QA, reportingMonth 3: Adapt and evolve based on what we learned during month 2, potentially experiment a bit, continue to manage what's working, reporting. Make a yes/no decision on continuing to run Google Ads.
